Patients receiving dialysis treatment at the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust are set to benefit from the latest generation of dialysis technology thanks to a major £350,000 investment in new equipment.
The Trust has invested in 22 new Fresenius 6008 dialysis machines, replacing equipment that has reached the end of its operational life.

People living, working and visiting the Upton area will now be able to access two new public access defibrillators at the Countess of Chester Hospital 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are located in secure external cabinets outside the Education and Training Centre and Moston Lodge, always making them publicly accessible.
