To keep the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust running to the high standards our patients expect, there are a wide range of services working behind the scenes. We have dramatically reduced our waiting times by investing in new technology that enables us to be more efficient and this technology is supported by a diverse Information Technology team.

The turnover of the hospital is around £140m (about the same as Liverpool FC) so we need a dedicated Finance team to make sure that all that money is received and spent appropriately. Our Operations Team ensure that all our buildings and equipment are in working order and safe for patients and staff alike and our Service Development Team are constantly working to improve the services we offer.
