Meet the Team

The Fundraising Department is made up of a team of 5 who in turn are supported in their work by an army of willing volunteers!

Lesley Woodhead (Head of Fundraising)

Lesley joined the Team in April 2013 to develop corporate and event fundraising and has gone on to take the role of Head of Fundraising for the Countess Charity.

Ngozi 

Ngozi Ikoku (Trust and Legacy Fundraiser)

Ngozi is responsible for fundraising from grant making charitable trusts and foundations and managing the legacies left to the hospital through gifts in Wills. Ngozi is the main point of contact for Trust and Probate solicitors and the executors of Wills. Ngozi would love to hear from you if you would like to leave a gift in your Will to The Countess Charity or if you have links with a charitable trust that would be interested in supporting us with a grant.

Angie Lopez (Community and Events Fundraiser)

Angie is our Community and events fundraiser supporting Individual fundraisers, schools and community groups with their fundraising for the Countess charity, If you would like Angie to come along to your community group, school or event to tell you more about how your donation will make a difference to our local hospital, please call the below number.

 Nicola

 Nicola Stubbs (Corporate & Events Fundraiser)

 Nicola is our Corporate & Events Fundraiser who liases with our local and national corporate supporters. She manages the Countess Charity lottery with some amazing cash prizes and is also in charge of the fabulous Chester Duck Race!

 Emma Boylan (Database & Donor Development Officer)

Emma is responsible for the charity's social networking sites and online donations. Emma also produces regular e-newsletters to send out to our supporters and manages the fundraising database.
