Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) Plan

The Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) is the new way that the NHS looks at patient safety incidents. The Trust’s PSIRF plan aims to provide guidance and clarity about how we intend to respond to patient safety incidents.

Equality Delivery System 

The Trust is committed to meeting equality standards that are assessed through NHS England mechanisms for measuring improvement in equality. This includes the Equality Delivery System, and our assessment outcomes report for 2023/24 is included here. The Trust is pleased to engage with both our staff and our patients in these processes.

Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES)

The Trust is committed to meeting the requirements of the Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) for NHS Trusts and this is our ninth publication against this standard.

Workforce Disability Equality Standard (WDES)

Published annually through NHS England,The Workforce Disability Equality Standard (WDES) is a set of ten specific measures (metrics) which enables NHS organisations to compare the workplace and career experiences of disabled and non-disabled staff.
