eConsult – Have you visited your GP practice website recently? eConsult is an online triage tool available on a number of GP practice websites in West Cheshire.
It offers patients whose symptoms are not medically urgent a wide range of self-help information including symptom checkers and useful videos. eConsult also signposts to other local health services such as pharmacies and NHS 111.
In many cases eConsult can be used as an alternative to a traditional GP appointment or telephone consultation.
